- Will prepare feasibility studies for projects
and assist in negotiating the best price.
- Offer a comprehensive after sales service
including dealing with the Croatian bureaucracy, company
formation, selecting staff and negotiating their contracts. We ensure the client has the technical and fiscal support to succeed.
- Will assist with negotiations and purchase of a
property NOT introduced via
Leisure & Land.
Apart from the obvious problems of language,
there are often staff and stock to be negotiated; it is not just
the final price paid which is important, but the whole package.
