The infrastructure is still limited, but plans are in hand to modernise the railways and the first motorway is under construction.

All the signs are that demands for property will outway supply at least until 2010, and with entry into the EEC in 2007/8, we foresee continuing inflation in real-estate for 10 –15 years.
