TEMPORARY shelter and housing is an increasing problem worldwide and sadly will never disappear. Millions of people are without a proper roof or a home for their family. We know the statistics and we have seen the shocking images of natural disasters, or wars and so often the temporary shelters become inadequate homes for many years. The units will be moveable, if and when permenant accomodation is available.
THE REALITY
Offer an insulated, secure shelter / pod to families who have lost everything, often including member/s of their family.
Single mothers deserve the minimum of privacy, security and space to look after their children, older parents, or other.
Sponsor one or more disaster pods, fully insulated, secure with option of autonamous electricity and services. Made from over 80% recycled waste materials which reduces landfill.
THE SOLUTION
Homeless people are on our doorstep, not only in other Countries.
Hundreds of people, mostly alone, die every winter in every Country, including the "rich" countries such as France, UK, etc...
We are working on a single pod for homeless people sleeping in the streets. Also made from 80% recycled waste materials, the pods will offer shelter, security and somewhere clean to sleep with space for their dog.
Units will be sponsored by companies or individuals.
